Shipping policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority 

Orders typically take up to 24 to 72 business hours to be processed (weekends are not included) unless is states it is a pre-order and a date is given of approximate arrival. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day. 

Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Mail and will take 5-8 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive unless you select otherwise.

 

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Cancellation

Due to fast processing times orders can not be cancelled nor adjusted after they are placed

Tracking My Order

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date, please email us at XXX@houseofzil.com

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

 ****Please track your packages. HOUSE OF ZIL is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS. ****
