RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love each item you order from House of Zil; & if you don’t, we're here to help. Items purchased from House of Zil are eligible for store credit if returned within 7 days after receiving your delivery. There are No REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS and NO CANCELLATIONS.  We will issue store credit only. 

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs of any exchanges.

NO CHANGES can be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

TOPS AND DRESSES - Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Items that are dirty or damaged will not be accepted for returns or exchange..

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to House of Zil. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

EXCHANGE ITEMS

If you would like to make an exchange, please send back your items following the instructions below:

1) We accept exchanges postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date stated on tracking information through https://www.usps.com/  

 2) Send back your return item(s) with a copy of invoice stating reason for return/request for exchange in its original protective packaging. 

3) If it is an even exchange for another size, we will ship your item free of charge, if the item is available when return is processed. If we are out of stock, you will receive a credit code and will be responsible for paying shipping again on new item(s).

4) When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a notification.  

5) If a credit code is used to purchase an item, that order will become final sale

6)  Credit Codes do not expire
