SHIPPING AND HANDLING

All orders are shipped UPS or USPS Priority Mail.

Orders typically take up to 24 to 72 business hours to be processed (weekends & holidays are not included) unless the order states it is a pre-order and an approximate arrival date is provided. Orders placed on Friday-Sunday will be processed the following business day. 

Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS Ground Mail and will take 2 to 5 business days (excluding holidays) to arrive, unless you select otherwise

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale (Promotional) Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

Cancellation

Due to fast processing times, orders can not be cancelled nor adjusted after they are placed.

Tracking My Order

As soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your package. If you do not receive the shipping confirmation email within 3 to 5 business days from your order date, please email us at sales@houseofzil.com

 To track your order please use the tracking number emailed to you when your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work, visit www.usps.com or www.ups.com to manually input your tracking number

 

 

 ****Please track your package. HOUSE OF ZIL is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We  have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it. We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS or UPS****

International Shipping

We offer USPS International Shipping. All international orders take 24-48 hours to ship. USPS takes about 10-15 days to be delivered. (SHIPPING TIMES ARE ESTIMATES AND ARE NOT GUARANTEED AS THERE CAN BE DELAYS DUE TO HOLIDAYS, BAD WEATHER, AND OTHER UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. Your patience is greatly appreciated).

 

DHL WORLD WIDE EXPRESS is our fastest shipping speed for international shipments and take 1-3 business days depending on the area. DELAYS CAN HAPPEN AND DHL WORLDWIDE EXPRESS shipping times are just ESTIMATES. Shipping times for DHL CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. DHL and USPS is not available to all countries at this time. Shipping prices are calculated by weight at checkout.

Please note: House Of Zil is not responsible for any customs fees assessed by the receiving country. If your package has not been delivered after 10 days of being shipped, please contact USPS or your countries’ postal service to inquire about your package. Most likely the package has not been delivered because it is being held by customs and is pending a retrieval fee. Any unclaimed packages will be sent back to House Of Zil Boutique and cannot be refunded or resent.
